Raptor Support has had a facelift - and it has been recommissioned with some new software and content to provide a new level of support services for our commercial software product customers. Customers will now be able to come here for support, where they can access the various resources designed to solve common problems - or visit the Peer-to-Peer forum.
We've also looked at the various web technologies around, and have decided on four key methods to deliver customer support and training:-
Helpdesk System
Used for some time now as a stand-alone system - we've found the helpdesk system an excellent way to deliver case-managed support for clients with complex needs - in private. |
Peer-to-Peer Forum
The backbone of many support systems - the Peer-to-Peer forum has its own site and is available for customers wanting to connect with other EZ* users. Ask some questions, show off your site - or browse the more advanced topics covering various custom modification techniques. |
Written Resources
User guides and written tutorials have been standard practice with us
for a long time - and we'll continue to produce these as part of the resources available to our customers. |
Video Tutorials
We have been using video tutorials as a standard instructional method
for customers - and will be extending these to topics as time permits. |
